Cognitive Flexibility is the ability to spontaneously restructure one’s knowledge in many ways, in adaptive response to radically changing situational demands.* Our Cognitive Flexibility Training is designed to help people learn how to select, adapt, and combine knowledge and experience in new ways - to deal effectively with situations that are different to those they have encountered before.
Organisations need people to develop ‘interconnected knowledge’ and access ‘knowledge in context’. However, this requires the ability to apply multiple perspectives, multiple knowledge sources and multiple points of view. Our workshops, supported by questionnaires such as PRISM – The Profile Report on Individual Style & Motivation – and the CSQ (Cognitive Style Questionnaire) help people develop more effective thinking, directly relevant to their role and responsibilities.
